Hi, I’m Lynsey

At Phytofueled Nutrition, being anti-diet means rejecting the harmful and pervasive diet culture that promotes weight loss as the ultimate goal, often at the expense of mental and physical well-being. I focus on empowering my clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. My approach is rooted in HAES, which emphasizes that health can be achieved and maintained at any size. I believe that true health is about much more than a number on the scale. Through nutrition therapy, coaching, and more, I guide my clients toward better performance and overall nutrition by strengthening and improving their relationship with food.

Anti-Diet Approach to Sports Nutrition

Are you an athlete who has felt pressured to look a certain way because of the sports you participate in? Are you looking to improve sports performance without dieting or focusing on weight loss? At Phytofueled Nutrition, I combine the principles of anti-diet and health at every size to work with clients on building sports nutrition goals unrelated to weight loss and dieting. I understand that each client has unique needs and goals, and I strive to provide personalized suggestions that truly cater to them. This might look like adjusting carbohydrate intake until reaching a percentage that my client feels improves performance. I believe that nourishing the body with a balanced and wholesome approach is far more important than restrictive diets or striving for a specific body size.

Providing you with a safe space

Have you ever visited a healthcare provider only to leave feeling discouraged, frustrated, or as if you were not heard? My number one priority is making you feel heard in your nutrition, health, and fitness goals. My practice is LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcomes clients of all backgrounds, sizes, activity levels, and identities. My anti-diet, health at every size approach welcomes individuals looking to set goals that are not focused on dieting.
